Home made pasta

One of my favorite family activities is Dad , Brother and myself all cooking dinners together. Last night we decided to make home made pasta since Brother has never had it actually fresh nor made it himself. Learning time ! 
 

Dad and myself don’t usually use measurements for pasta , we just make a flower dome and slowly whisk in water and Just Egg (vegan egg) until it becomes the texture we want. 
 

Roll it into a ball and TIGHTLY wrap it in Saran Wrap. Let rest for about 30 minutes. 
 

We have a pasta attachment for our mixer , and Brother wanted macaroni shape so we threw the shaper and cutter on and got to work. 
 

While Dad and Brother tended to making pasta , I made Alfredo sauce. 
 

Super nice family time , freshly made food , and a really nice yummy meal together ✨💖 

 

Nothing better in my opinion.
