My main goal for working out - STRENGTH.

I have been trying to focus on my muscles and the ways I can define them instead of trying to focus on a number on a scale or how thin I am. It’s proving to be very rewarding even if I still struggle with my eating disorder issues. 
 

Years ago , I was fight ready. I was training daily and had dreams of going into MMA or UFC before my eating disorder destroyed my heart. I still have those dreams but they’re a little more fleeting now as I get older. 
 

I’ll never stop trying to hone my strength and muscles though … even when I’m 80 years old I’ll be lifting weights and throwing kids off my lawn with my bare hands. 
 

I’ve been working on shoulder caps , back and arms and I’ve been seeing some muscle control pay off.
