PinkDino Posted December 29, 2022 Report Posted December 29, 2022 I am the first person in my family to have a birthday. I am wondering if anyone has ideas for how or what to ask my family for, gift wise, when they don't know about age regression and little. I am wanting opinions and advice because when I gave out my Christmas wish list prioritized the things on it like my parents have asked me and my brother etc. to do in the past but they only gave me one thing from my list and the rest was practical things to use around my apartment. (I had prioritized movies, pretty makeup and adult coloring books.)
beanbean Posted December 29, 2022 Report Posted December 29, 2022 i guess ask for cash then buy what you want

Do you mean that your parents and brother don't celebrate their birthdays? Or your little has a birthday? In any case, if your family doesn't know about your regression, then i agree with @beanbean... Gift cards or cash are great for being able to get what you would like for your little side. A list is basically a guide to things you would like to have. The person(s) you give it to may not choose to go by what's on there. So a gift card or money is the way to go. 😊 Edited January 4, 2023 by Lil Juju

I think they mean the first bday of the year, as in their birthday is in February and everyone else in the winter for example. -------- If asking for money/giftcards just explain you are saving for something special and would appreciate the help. If you want to give them a list of stuff you could say you are starting a collection of X brand like a Sanrio Character like Hello Kitty? Since they will not stick to the list then make sure you put some "useful" practical stuff in it, but be specific about the cute design, just say you are working on re-decorating your home so you are trying to be matchy or keep it to certain style. The idea of having a list and such is very foreign to me, interesting to know some people do it that way! Edited January 4, 2023 by Nymph
MissNMTX Posted January 5, 2023 Report Posted January 5, 2023 I'm a middle so I get to cheat a bit here. Many gift type things such as perfume, makeup, music fit well with both my adult self and my "middle" side (she's a bit sassy and "boss girl" anyways). Generally, I would agree with @Nymphhere and say you are starting a collection and such. Otherwise, I'm wondering? Maybe a certain color, or type of music? "Practical" things that could make "little" space easier for you.
