Why is DDlg so special to you?

Last night was not a great night between chronic pain, depression and gender dysphoria. I was in a pretty bad place so crawled into my Daddy's arms. He placed a stuffie in my arms then gently caressed my hair while giving me kisses and soft cuddles.

He kept telling me over and over how sweet and cute I am until I couldn't help but believe Him that I am His cute, sweet and lovable little. 

He gave me gentle massages and rubs to help with the pain until my body couldn't help but relax a bit and lower the pain.

He told me how much I mean to Him and how He wants to spend our lives together until the depression couldn't stand up to his unconditional love.

There are many reasons DDlg is special for people and the above are just a few of my reasons. How about yours?

i think it a chance to have a connection thats its hard to find in other in other typs of relationships ,the closeness in ddlg relationships are crazy for sure and amazing

For me; DDLG is like a safe-space. I can be what i want to be; get attention - love and all the good stuff.
It helps me with my depression and my low self-esteem. I feel way prettier now having a daddy;
whos giving me compliments. It also helps me being more comfortable with the sexual side from it -
since i have problems with the topic due to trauma.
DDLG is also very - how can i say - aesthetic ? at least for me
Being Little helps to cope with stuff - and its even better with a caregiver ~

Wow. That brought tears to my eyes. You are quite lucky to have found someone who really gets what it means to be a daddy/CG

I would hope to someday find that and is  the reason that I never quite seem to give up on the idea.

Just to be free to live my life as both the childlike me and the adult and share that with someone who understands and encourages it, that's what appeals to me. To not have to hide the other parts of me that I don't show anyone.
