CGL and age regression

Recommended Posts

I was browsing Reddit yesterday and saw they have age regression subs.

One of them says they don't allow CGL but it allows you to look for a caregiver.

If an age regressor has a caregiver, isn't that technically CGL??

This hurts my little brain. will someone help me understand this?

Pretty please with sprinkles on top???

I would think the same thing tbh. It doesn’t make sense to me. CGL doesn’t have to be NSFW. I’m only interested in non sexual CGL and I didn’t think there was a difference

CGL still falls under the BDSM umbrella, making the relationship a kink dynamic regardless of sexual content in or out of one’s littlespace. Additionally, age regression and being a little/middle are different things (one can be both though). There are many age regressors who do not agree with the idea of littles at all or those who engage in kink or sexual play (which can be common in CGL). This is the reason you will typically see AgeRe communities ban CGL/the discussion of it.

LoverEcho is totally right. The AgeRe community is different from CG/l because it is a way of coping psycholigically. The AgeRe community is entirely SFW and includes minors because it is not a kink or power exchange dynamic. What they mean by Caregiver is a bit different from what we know of it in CG/l. The CG/l community doesn't have to be NSFW, but it includes power exchange dynamics and is 18+ only. That's the difference. If you are an adult into CG/l you should be cautious interacting with the AgeRe community because of the minors, and many of them do not like interacting with littles or Caregivers from CG/l. Unfortunately we have a lot of terms that sound the same, but have different meanings which is part of why a decent chunk of the AgeRe community actually dislikes the CG/l community.
