Hi friends, it has been a moment since I posted a new topic!

I was thinking *Thinks superrr hard* that I would like to regress to a younger age, maybe 1-2 years old..I don't have a lot of experience in this as my usual "go to age" is ariund 3-5 years old.

Any tips for this age? Could be bottle choices, speech..anything you can advise and I'll listen!

Thank you's ! < 3

I use regular, very firm spankings to help a little regress  and to stay regressed.

I think for a lot of littles that spanking wouldn't take them to a younger age.

Personally, a stuffie with my Daddy's scent. A bottle with unicorns. Cuddling in my Daddy's lap. A paci while He strokes my hair. For younger moments I find love works better than punishment.

Hullo!

A question to ponder:

Why do you want to explore regressing to a younger age then normal? What about it appeals to you? What do you wish to gain from the experience? Are you just curious to explore your boundaries of regression/little space, or are you on a mission to achieve something through it?

If there is something specific that you wanted to explore about being this little, I’d suggest just giving it a go!

As far as regression goes… I don’t believe I fully regress per say so I don’t have too much advice for that… If you want help regressing or just getting into a smaller headspace there are hypnoses files/guided meditations/audios online for that kinda thing that might be worth looking into.

Here is a link to a topic that was put on here years ago, loosely outlining different age ranges:

and here is my ramble:

Littles in this age range would probably enjoy nursery rhymes, playdough/clay, stacking blocks, kicking or rolling balls, pull toys, silly faces, simple shape puzzles, exploring their surroundings with the comfort of a caregiver or comfort item, listening to stories and helping to turn the pages, playing pretend by mimicking people or animals, and scribbling. Spend some time playing on the floor if you can, the change in perspective might help you feel little too.

Speech for littles in this range might consists of nouns or simple words (often mispronounced or shortened) and babbling. Baby sign language might be a good tool for littles to help communicate wants and needs. Not all littles use baby talk however, this is in no way mandatory.

Pacis are a favorite for allot of littles, but this age range might be drawn to them more frequently. When it comes to things like adult pacis and diapers, most things ship discreetly. In some cases you can utilize things like FedEx pickup locations if you don’t want certain purchases going directly to your house. But again, not all littles are into these things and that's just fine either way.

If you want to try bottles for the first time in little space, I’d suggest getting a cheap plastic one at the dollar store to see if you like it before investing allot of money on other products. If the flow is too slow, you can also modify them yourself by simply making the hole bigger. What kind of bottle you end up with will be completely based on your preferences. Specialty adult bottles are out there as well but they can be a bit expensive and intimidating for first time users. I like glass bottles because they are easier to clean (pretty much always safe for the dishwasher) and don't seem to hold any sour smells.

General PSA:

Sometimes big feelings can come from being little, and it’s good to prepare some self care just in case! When exploring new headspaces it's normal to come across things you do and don't like and those things can feel overwhelming at times. Remember to be kind to yourself as you explore things, what works for you doesn't have to be what works for everyone else. Make little space your space!
