Avoiding future illness and feeling better!

Hey all Pigtail here. 

So I started my fitness journey qbpit 6 months ago. I have a mood disorder and being so overweight was really starting to affect everything.

So I got on a program (I cook my own gmfood this just helps me track and gives me a community if that makes sense), started eating right and exercising. 

To my joy I am 50 pounds down but I have more to go for my goal of being healthy. I have a goal or 18 pounds lost over 3 months. Which since I am quite overweight is totally doable.

Any ways I figured I would jump in here and get some motivation and maybe even give some.
