Vegan finds

A lot of people think that being vegan means you’re extremely limited. While I do prefer to eat on the healthier end of things , like a lot of fresh veggies and fruits and a lot of carbs like rice and pastas or bread … Dad loooooves his junk food. Which is totally fine , cause I usually steal a bite or two here and there and we don’t always have healthy dinners or breakfasts. Dad always says “it’s vegan it’s all plants anyways it’s healthy.” 😅 He cracks me up. 

Anyways , to show people how unlimited you really can be I decided I would just share a bunch of my vegan finds here. Whether it’s dinners , junk food , snacks , breakfast junk , anything vegan I’ll post here when I find it. 
 

This is what I found Dad today at the store and needless to say he was really , REALLY fucking excited.

Exactly what my partner says when we're eating a stack of mock meat and carbs with no veggies

So this was less a find and more a creation. I feel like most people remember the Oreo truffles from like the 2010's. I was trying to make them dairy free since I wanted to share with friends that have dairy intolerance and so I made the truffles with plant based cream cheese and I totally thought it flopped. Like it didn't look good and I nearly threw it away. I didn't though, and like most things left in the fridge overnight it was actually good the next day. I served it in a bowl because I was lazy and it was more fun to dish out with a spoon anyways and served with strawberries. No pictures because it didn't look too pretty, but all my friends liked it even the ones that weren't vegan.
