Baby sitter for a little / middle ?

Babysitting is a delicate concept. Most people aren't capable of it and read more into it than it's meant to be. 

I usually put a lot of thought and effort into babysitting dynamics, I approach it in a very systematic manner and the main goal is structure, everyday productivity and making the little feel good about herself. I haven't really had time for it this past year tho

I suggest you don't approach it lightly and think things through as well as properly evaluate your potential babysitter and his intentions. Be clear about what you want/need, and what the boundaries between babysitter and Daddy are for you.

Funny enough, I think that Men are the safer bet for a babysitter. Why? Well because with most it's painfully obvious what their actual intentions are. Women on the other hand often don't realize what it is they actually want nor why they want it...  while their intentions are pure they are often misguided, which leads to a whole other set of drama. 

Now I'm not saying you should get urself a male babysitter. Just saying that No penis ≠ No complications.

 I'd have to agree with @DaddysMonkey and @Barney048 on this one.

A club of this nature would just about need 24/7 moderation by a staff member to keep it clean and from turning into a train wreck in my opinion.

 I'd also add that as great as it may sound to have a babysitter or to be one for someone. No matter the rules or plan you have laid out, there is always the real chance of someone catching feelings. It happens and it can happen fast. Not to mention the ones you are going to get that turn out to only want to see your naughty bits. Just keep these things in mind to save yourself or someone else some hurt.

As far as creating a section in the Friend Zone just for babysitters goes. We can kick that idea around in the staff room and see where we land on it.

I am not looking for either. Someone had offered to be one for me once upon a time, but it didn't go anywhere. It's not something I was looking for, and have never looked for since.
