Wikkd Posted November 28, 2022 Report Posted November 28, 2022 I'm having trouble finding little space but I truly just want my jellyfish (name of my blanket) a sippy cup and some crayons or my dolls. I still sing myself to sleep but it's not the same or enough. Any ideas? 1
Andriel_Isilien Posted November 28, 2022 Report Posted November 28, 2022 There is a discussion I started a few weeks ago on tips for this. Take a look to see if any of this helps. There was a time I felt a block for a couple of years that kept me from finding littlespace. In my case it was my mental health that was suffering from my environment. Once I got out of that I was able to regress once again.
Nymph Posted November 28, 2022 Report Posted November 28, 2022 Are you away from home and don't have your things? can you buy cheap back ups in the meantime?
Wikkd Posted November 28, 2022 Author Report Posted November 28, 2022 I'm home but I'm not in my best place mental health and anxious. The anxiety seems to keep me out of my little space. 1
Guest Crybunbun Posted February 22, 2023 Report Posted February 22, 2023 As a person with depression/OCD and anxiety problems i totally get you. It makes it hard sometimes to get into little space or stay in it for more than just a few seconds or minutes without the nasty overthinking What helps me the best is to put on some cute lofi music (maybe some from animal crossing) - or soft rain sounds; get a stuffie and color I try to put on some little gear/clothes, a paci - or get a sippy cup I really hope you can get into little space again - and beat the anxiety attacks I wish you all the best for that ❤️
