Feeling positive and not overwhelmed this time

I've tried to change my eating and exercise habits in the past but life, stress and just putting too much pressure on myself would cause me to not stick with things. I would get overwhelmed. 

I feel a lot more relaxed about the changes I'm making now because I'm doing it all gradually. I'm not pressuring myself to worry about if I lose weight. I'm not creating a situation where I feel like I have to do all this food prep and meal planning. I've bought healthier choices for my groceries over the last few weeks and made gradual changes. I've done a few little food prep things to put stuff together for the week. 

My insurance has this health tracking app with a health coach and groups to help keep accountable. So I'm taking full advantage of that.

I've been doing some exercise but fell out of the habit of going for walks so I will be starting that up again. It's the exercise that I fluctuate on. That's where I need some means of accountability.
