ANewDragon Posted November 19, 2015 Report Posted November 19, 2015 I need some advice. A good friend of mine is a little, she had a bad day today and I really want to cheer her up. Any advice on how to cheer up a little when you are thousands of miles apart?
Guest Chandelier Posted November 19, 2015 Report Posted November 19, 2015 Honestly, good conversation can go a long way! Tell her jokes, send her cute emojis, send her funny memes. 1
Sweet Lil Buttercup Posted November 20, 2015 Report Posted November 20, 2015 Company and laughter really is the best medicine, so let your little friend vent if it's needed, and then bring on the funny. You can watch cute youtube videos or pixar shorts on Netflix via skype or over the phone. There's this husky meme out there that's pretty punny. Here you go. http://memesvault.com/wp-content/uploads/Dog-Joke-Meme-15.jpg 1

I agree with the others, Take silly pictures of yourself making faces, hand write a nice note and take a picture of it, play a game together online, send a virtual hug, skype, watch a movie or her favorite show on netflix together and make comments about the funny parts or whatever. Sometimes distraction is nice Best wishes! <3
Guest MyDaddyMyWorld Posted November 20, 2015 Report Posted November 20, 2015 Just chat to her. Distract her mind or try help her figure out a way round whatever is bothering her.
LolitasDaddy Posted November 20, 2015 Report Posted November 20, 2015 I've found that often the best way is to do something surprising, or unexpected. Write her a quick story about you rescuing her from some evil, and being her protective hero. Add onto things you already do to comfort her. Make her something personal, and just about her. 1
