What apps do people use to digitally color these pictures? I just got an iPad and would love the option to color on there

I don't have an iPad but I have seen some here use Procreate and I have heard Adobe and Inspire Pro are good.

I use an app called Recolor, I think it is on iOS.

Since we could pick our own, I decided to color this cute doggo by the lighthouse. Reminds me of the sunsets where I live, and there's a lighthouse not too far away either!
