Andreea Posted October 30, 2022 Report Posted October 30, 2022 Hello Daddy's and Littles. I'm curious what is your favourite bonding activity. 1
Guest Crybunbun Posted October 30, 2022 Report Posted October 30, 2022 I think playing games together or talk to eachother in general is good for bonding !
DaddysMonkey Posted October 30, 2022 Report Posted October 30, 2022 What a great question ! I wouldn’t say I have a favorite activity but rather a genre of activities ! I generally like doing things with my caregivers that make us exercise our minds and use team work and problem solving. Some things we like to do with all three of us or in pairs : Legos ! Escape rooms ! (In real life or video game style) Other video games where we take turns and discuss tactics , even single player games or other games like Mario Party. Reading time ! Cooking ! Cooking as a family or all of us just hanging out in the kitchen together has created some of the best memories. Trying new recipes / Restaurants ! Walking If I *had* to pick a favorite , this would be it. Being active outside in pairs of as a family makes me really happy and conversations come up naturally when we’re walking around. We get to see some really cool stuff too. 3 1 1
Little kaiya Posted October 30, 2022 Report Posted October 30, 2022 Our favourite bonding activity would be cuddling in different places. In front of the fireplace. In the car when it's raining. On the deck under the stars. Camping in a tent and listening to the nightlife. The physical touch component is super important for both of us. It's one of the reasons neither of us could do LDR, because touch is sooooooo critical for bonding for us. 2 1
baby_k Posted November 6, 2022 Report Posted November 6, 2022 I think the best bonding comes from something rather active and where you feel like you are a team and/or truly understand each other. Sometimes of course the feeling can come from being in same place end silently enjoying each others company but mostly I at least don't feel those are about bonding, it's more about being. Best ones are conversations, not all convos do this but sometimes there are those moments which just make you go "this is my person <3" or "they get me like no one else". Caring for the other when they are sick: it is rather strong feeling when you nurture someone in need. Or do things for them. The team feeling comes from already mentioned escape rooms or other games, cooking, cleaning/chores together, watching something while you comment about it and connect the experience to something, almost any new experience (together!), shoppng if there is those moments when you really work together, fixing stuff, putting up a tent together.... I think there is tons of stuff that can be about bonding. Same things also can separate if both have bad day and they take it on each other. Or it can be just neutral. I think the difference is probably about the mood and feeling. So, it can be hard to say what will definately always cause bonding ( okay, escape rooms are pretty good for me at least ). Also bit weird one: fights XD It often bringd you really close to the other person and you deal with emotions. It probably won't feel in the moment like it's bonding but typically it happens with fights ( if you can make it up in the ends or get to some agreement ). 2
Grogugirl16 Posted November 6, 2022 Report Posted November 6, 2022 Absolutely depends on your interests. Anything from games together, coloring, shopping together to see what each other gravitates to.. the best thing is all these can be done with ldr as well 1
LongTimeMe Posted November 11, 2022 Report Posted November 11, 2022 All of the above and more just so long as you spend time together as a two-some, where cuddles and (occasional) kisses are possible. 1
Little kaiya Posted November 11, 2022 Report Posted November 11, 2022 (edited) For my Daddy, Wife and I we find bonding is the most special when it's all of us together vs when it's a twosome of some configuration. Not all loving relationships are two people 😉 just food for thought. Edited November 11, 2022 by Little kaiya 1

We all like our time together (Dad and Brother , Dad and me , Brother and me) but we like all three of us just the same if not better. I forgot to add shooting to our list of bonding activities as a family
Boomer Posted November 21, 2022 Report Posted November 21, 2022 Cooking together. This might sound weird, but I feel like working in a kitchen with someone is similar to an intimate dance - everyone involved has to be paying attention to avoid stepping on toes. The accomplishment of making a yummy meal with someone makes me feel bonded to them. Listening to podcasts and then discussing the content. I feel most connected to a person when I understand their thoughts and motivations. Podcasts are a great way to spark conversations about topics that don't usually pop up in every day life. Taking baths together. Showering together is not a substitute. Dunno why, but sitting in a bathtub with someone feels incredibly intimate to me and is something that I only share with someone I am intensely bonded to. 1 1
DaddysMonkey Posted November 22, 2022 Report Posted November 22, 2022 (edited) House chores ! Not smaller ones like cleaning the kitchen or swapping laundry over. The big big chores , like mowing the lawn (Dad hates doing it) , and doing things to build more equity in our home like building a fence slowly or putting fresh paint everywhere ! When we bought this house about two years ago now , we waited a year to do anything to it. After a year , we painted the ENTIRE inside of the house…. Except the foyer area and stairway. It really fucking high up and the only thing Dad is afraid of…. Is heights -___- A year later after having unpainted areas , Big Brother moved in and put the fire under Dads ass to get it done finally. So , I went way up high and so did brother. It was nice doing the teamwork and taking turns painting and moving things around , we even re painted Dads room so it’s all fresh and nice. Edited November 22, 2022 by DaddysMonkey 2 1

I'm scared of heights, too! I especially am afraid of climbing ladders. 1
San Antonio bitty Posted November 23, 2022 Report Posted November 23, 2022 I enjoy driving and my daddy and I love to, " get lost and found" together. My love of travel and empty pockets find us driving around to new suburbs and talking. Communication is a favorite past time, just talk. I love cuddling while watching sports!! Football, basketball and baseball games. I wear a baby doll set under my team jerseys.
