Consistency and structure are very important but it's easy to forget these little tasks. Having a list can help you a lot to remember and develop good habits for self-care. Print one out and put it in a sheet protector so that you can use a dry erase marker to check off (I draw a ❤️ on each task) what you have done each day. Stickers would be great too for tracking progress if you like. Then, once you finished a week with good marks you can have a reward to get or give to yourself.  Here are some little goals to get you thinking. A helpful hint is to make it cute, cool, colorful, fun looking, or whatever theme you like to help keep you motivated. 😊 This is something you should ENJOY looking at to get you started.

Mish is a content creator with some littlespace videos I have been watching off and on through the years. This is one of her morning routines that I find so whimsical and fun. 🥰 Those happy little hops and twirls just to get those good feelings going!

I watched this video and really liked the ideas for rules, rewards, and punishments. In fact, I think "re-direction" is a more appropriate word here because it is more geared towards self-care. Punishment has become a stigma for me with the wrong focus. Anyway, wonderful list that Bunny shares here! Give it a watch and let me know what you think.
