Last bbqs of “summer”

I keep arguing with Dad because he says it’s fall and winter…. I highly disagree with our constant 80 degree weekends 😎 

One of my favorite things about summer is the bbqs (mostly because it’s easy clean up heh). We had our possible last bbq of the season tonight so I thought I would share. 
 

I made the burgers with Impossible meat , salt , pepper , garlic powder , Kansas City dry rub , and vegan Worcestershire sauce.

I made the onion and mushrooms with vegan butter ( Violife brand ) , salt , pepper , onion powder , and garlic powder.

We used to use Beyond brand , but we decided as a whole house we like Impossible better for texture AND flavor.
