Aurora0282 Posted September 25, 2022 Report Posted September 25, 2022 I have way too much adult issues going on in my life right now and having a hard time. I need to shrink I need to disappear I need to go into little space and I'm having a hard time getting there. Any suggestions? 1

If you don't have access to mental health care, I'd suggest something like the website 7cupsoftea. A lot of places are out there to talk to trained professionals for free. Good luck! 1
MissPattch Posted September 27, 2022 Report Posted September 27, 2022 I am a huge fan of the "mental - health day" ^^ When i am overwhelmed to the point i am not really functioning fully or properly, i cancel all my plans, call off work and prioritise my own self for a whole day. I offer the same luxury to my own small human. Theres is nothing in this life worth getting burnt out over. It took me a long time to learn how to look after my whole self. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a day out when you are struggling, just make sure you dont stay there >.< Look after your lovely self ❤️ 3

I'm just coming into my little not knowing about this part of me until my Daddy noticed it about me. He he's helped me so much through my discovery. Telling me not to be ashamed of who I am or what I like. Helping me find me. And I have to say I've never been more happy in my life then I am now with my Daddy 2
