At the end was a manic cardio set with pedaling as fast as I could for 30 seconds then immediately 10 overhead ball slams. I got a 30 sec break but then had to do it all 4x over. My trainer was teasing about making me do 5. 😩 I'm used to doing 3 rounds so I told her to shut up LOL
