So , I love working out and it’s a big part of my life. Whether it just be a calm long morning walk , or a balls to the wall lifting session that makes my legs give out , I live for movement and strength. 
 

You know what doesn’t live for movement and strength ? My huge fuckin boobs 🤬 I fucking HAAAAAAATE having big boobs , they do nothing but get in my fucking way when I’m trying to workout in any capacity. 
 

Sports bras have always been a nightmare for me since I have a smaller frame and large chest. Typically I wear a size 32-34 DDD right now and even then with my steady weight loss …. The bands at that size are becoming too big and loose now. Same with sports bras. Either I buy a small and the band fits my rib cage but my tits are spilling out all over the place and if I jump they’re coming out… if I buy a medium or large my boobs are covered but… the band is way too big. Boobs will come out. 
 

I’ve been trying to be more open minded with brands trying to find things that will work for me , and I finally found some sports bras. I’ve been finding several things at Pink lately , like the period panties I posted about ! Turns out , if I just ignore the shitty workers there and find my own stuff it can actually workout pretty decent ! 
 

I grabbed a bunch of different styles of sports bras and tried them all on , the ones in the picture I’m going to post are the ones that passed the jump and punch check. I stood in the fitting room with the sports bras on and quite literally jumped around , punched the air really aggressively , and moved my body around like a weirdo trying really hard to make a boob fly out. Nothin. Boobs stayed in place the whole time ! 
 

 

Those are the sports bras I got ! I tested all of them with aggressive movements ! They much more spendy than I would typically allow myself to splurge …. But I never ever find sports bras that actually fucking fit. So I commuted and bought 4 of them. 2 for 45$. 
 

I suggest trying things on before buying just in case ,  if you have a similar frame to mine , I got all of these sports bras in a size small and like I said my boobs in comparison to my ribs is really not proportional , so I’m shocked they fit properly ! 
 

ALSO ! The straps on all of these are adjustable !

*cracks knuckles* Let me share my big boobie wisdom with you 😄 Way back in the day of my late teens and early 20s I had to wear two sports bras at once. One bra with a small enough band to hold me up and then a second one to keep everything in. I used to watch this channel (Good Mythical Morning) just for kicks and giggles. They did this episode on testing sport bras for the ultimate one that passed everything. 

 

The last one they show is from Amazon (Glamorise) I can confirm this WILL hold your girls. 👍 Before my surgery I was busting out of a 32 band J/K cup. The two Glamorise bras I got still held up years later. 😁 Now post-surgery the sports bras look a bit "deflated" but I still wear them once in a while because they function so well. I learned how to care for my bras so that they don't break down so fast.

 

Curvy Kate Bras has been the brand I swear by for those with small ribcage but girthy breasts. For some reason they don't do sports bras but have everything else. First you need to know how to measure yourself correctly. I had my measurements all wrong long ago. A professional fitting put me at 36 DDD which was an absolute joke 🥱 I haven't checked recently but I know that up until my surgery I was nearly tipping out of the cup sizes on their website 🥴 I would scope out the Curvy Kate bras on sale/clearance and save my money because these are high quality!!
