Advice on how to take care of myself living alone?

Hi guys! I'm moving in to my own house next week, and I don't have a caregiver to help me out when I regress. It's not always voluntary and it's usually difficult to manage on my own; my sister usually helps but I don't know that she'd be willing to drive to my house to babysit me. I usually regress to about three, sometimes younger. I'm a switch, but I'm more of a Little than a CG. I'm already planning on ordering a sticker chart but I don't know what to do with it, what goals to set, etc; and I don't know what to do to take care of myself as a Little. I might be able to ask my ex (we're still close) to try to help, but I don't know that she will. I would really appreciate any advice, I'm so lost and I feel so small and confused!
