Hello all! I know you have been waiting for our first voting options and here they are!

The first selections is a lovely one from andrielisilien and it is The Great Redwall Feast by Brian Jacques

The creatures of Redwall-the abbeymice and hares, otters and moles-are planning a surprise feast in their dear Abbot's honor. There is cake to be baked, marchpane to be rolled. Stirring and sifting, smoothing and brewing. Can everything be finished in time? And how can the Redwallers keep such a grand feast from their Abbot's keen eyes?

Our second selection is from myself and it is The Lottery by Shirley Jackson

In a small American town, the local residents are abuzz with excitement and nervousness when they wake on the morning of the twenty-seventh of June. Everything has been prepared for the town’s annual tradition—a lottery in which every family must participate, and no one wants to win.

The third and final selection is Within a Wall by Agatha Christy suggested by LoverEcho

Alan Everard is a struggling young portrait painter caught in a love triangle between his wife and his daughter’s godmother. But which of them does he love, and which one should he hate?

Thank you everyone for your suggestions it was very tough to choose! Hopefully everyone will enjoy what we select. To vote just comment below and to make it extra fun let's also say our favorite book!!!!

The poles will close in a week at midnight on Monday the 25th at midnight so get your votes in so we can get to reading!

Sincerely
Pigtail

Thank you for arranging this!! 😊 I'm voting the 3rd "Within a Wall". I have read a couple of mysterious by Agatha Christy but not that one.

I go through phases on favorite books. Right now I'm into the sci-fi series by Brandon Sanderson called "The Stormlight Archives" 😁 That man is brilliant in creating worlds!
