It stole lots of money from me and I do not know if I can get it back. I am so upset. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I worked very hard to earn that money and like, it is hard for a little girl to do that. I deleted my account. I am so upset. And also I just wanted to tell other littles that. 😢😢😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
LoverEcho Posted July 1, 2022 Report Posted July 1, 2022 You can dispute the charges with your bank. If you didn’t make any transactions, and the app still took money, then those are fraudulent. In some cases, your bank will return the money to you. If you use gift cards and load money to a balance on your account, you could contact Apple/iTunes or Google (or whatever platform it is) and dispute the charges. 1

They said the charges were “pending,” and that I had to wait until they were “posted.” I asked how long that would take and he said he did not know, so I didn’t really know what to do. I kept looking at my account to see if the charges had changed from “pending,” but they had not. Then I remembered I could maybe dispute the charges with Apple, and I did that. (This was hundreds of dollars. It was not a small amount!!!) It said it would take 48h for a response to my dispute, but it took less than 24 and they refunded everything!!! So I was very happy. I really loved Line Play, but even without the fraud, it was costing too much money. I think I made a good choice to delete my account, because sometimes I just spend money too frivolously, especially on pretty or kawaii things. I sometimes can’t help it. So deleting my account took away that temptation, so that was very good for me, I think!!! Thank you so much for your response and help!!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊 1
