How do I explain to my partner that I think she is a little?

Hello everyone,

I have been in a wonderful relationship with my girlfriend for almost a year now. During this time both of us have had a lot of time to explore ourselves and our wants with each other. Early in our relationship I told her that I have a "daddy" kink which is something my girlfriend had never tried before, but she ended up being very into it as well. Overtime I have noticed that she has naturally taken on the role of a "little" as we would describe it in the community. If I am right and she is a little, I think she would really benefit from learning more about it and talking to other littles to learn more about herself. What would be a good way to introduce the ddlg community and what it means to be a little to her?

To start off you can't really decide if she's a little or what that means to her, that's her decision.

What you can do is show her sites like this one and let her explore at her own pace. She'll decide if she's a little and what it means to her, if anything, in her own time.

I completely agree, which is why I didn't know how to approach the subject. I can definitely try something like that, I am afraid of overwhelming her with it though but I will introduce the idea.

I really wish a partner would have introduced me to some research material a long time ago lol. Yeah, just give her some info with no pressure either way she goes. Let her know you love her and are open either way.

I did everything a little does, I just never knew it had a name. When I stumbled upon it, I had a huge aha moment.

If she's really a little she may have the same response.
