littlesparkpony Posted February 4, 2022 Report Posted February 4, 2022 So I love being small/regressed and its quite relaxing and fun for me. But there's like a mental block there that stops me from purposefully being small. So like I know certain things that will make me feel small, but then if I try to do those things (in this case play with stuffies) I feel dumb and like I should act my age (22). Does anyone have any suggestions for how to not feel bad about regressing, or tips for regressing? 1
ellie:) Posted February 4, 2022 Report Posted February 4, 2022 Hi! Have you tried progressively going into littlespace? Like you start with something simple (e.g. watching a cartoon you like) and when you feel comfortable you do something a bit more active (e.g. coloring). Then, when you really feel at ease, you could try again activities that tend to make you feel silly (maybe they "require" a "smaller" headspace for you to enjoy them completely). Also, it's ok not to like " typical " little activities. If playing with toys isn't fun for you, it's perfectly fine. Maybe there are other activities you might like better. What do you think?

feather-among-stones Posted February 10, 2022 Report Posted February 10, 2022 I know the struggle. Maybe a play partner during little space might help. This way, the other little mirrors your little space and encourages you that it is ok and desirable to be in little space. You also might find a special routine/prompt that you use regularly before going into little space, like listening to a particular song, browing youtube for little space content or similar. This way, your mind gets used to this routine and knows when it's time to regress. 1

Little kaiya Posted February 11, 2022 Report Posted February 11, 2022 I generally curl up on my Daddy's chest and listening to his heartbeat while he snuggles a stuffie in my arms. Instant unashamed and happy littlespace.
