ThickGothBunny Posted January 11, 2022 Report Posted January 11, 2022 Hi there, I'm new here and I'm sorry if I'm not good at posting properly. I wanted to ask for some help regarding me and my husband. We have a ddlg kind of relationship where he helps encourage me to do things I need to do since I have trouble with it; I have fibromyalgia, SVT, BPD, and a whole lot of depression and anxiety. It can be very, VERY difficult for me to do simple tasks so we use this as a way to help give me some motivation. I wanted to ask for some advice on schedules, daily tasks, rewards for a job well done? Perhaps if you have any disorders I listed above maybe some advice there, too. Any is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. me and my fiancée both have ASD/BPD/depression/anxiety, and We have a DDLG/MDLB Relationship. My dad tells me that I just gotta do my best and be happy with what it gets me. Even if it's nothing. And sometimes it is. as a very disabled/mentally ill person.(ADHD, dysgraphia, ASD Lvl 2, social phobia, Panic Disorder, PTSD, BPD, schizoaffective) My best advice is just do you best and try to learn to be satisfied with that. But there is resources throughout the resources section on this i will add. You can find plenty of resources on google.
