There is certain music I like from when I was a kid that puts me in middlespace/littlespace. It just puts me in a happy place.

Meeeee!!! I like listening to it while playing a game like Tetris. Helps with stress after exams or general life anxiety

I find any music you like is good to listen to to help you calm down, regardless of what head-space you're in. Also, there has been scientific studies done on people playing Tetris, the game has been used to help addicts overcome their addiction and other things.

I do have a number of cds even records that being collections of hits from a specific era or year I find do take me back mentally to that time and the things I associate with such as childhood games to which that was a backdrop, shared likes with childhood friends and so on.

I like the music from the fallout games lmao. It reminds me of my grandma. And also there are some YouTube videos of old christmas music in the background and those are incredibly comforting

For some reason, although I love music, I don't listen to songs I know from my childhood. I do use music to calm myself down. I got myself a kalimba aka thumb piano. They are not expensive and most come with a little song book. It's easy to play it and has a very cheerful but calming sound, kind of like a music box. The first song I learned was Twinkle twinkle little star :D

I always listen to Barney, the wiggles and Caillou music. That makes me feel really happy and excited. It helps to keep me calm in this crazy, force-to-grow-up world.

Listening to "Fat Bottomed Girls" by Queen right now and absolutely loving it!!!! Music is a huge, part of my life and most definitely my middle princess headspace. I haven't gone as far as actually making a playlist, but definitely a huge part.

Now that I'm thinking on it if someone was trying to encourage me into that headspace music would definitely help.

Totally me. Listening to Disney music does that for me, and I listen to instrumental versions when I’m working or studying
