Difficulty falling asleep

I'm finding that getting into littlespace sometimes helps me fall asleep faster. If I'm in big minded mode I'll be up for hours. Does anyone else have this issue? Do you have littlespace bedtime routines?

I mean it kind of makes sense because Im more relaxed in littlespace.

Lately I've been listening to different nature sounds like crickets right at bedtime, and it puts me in littlespace.

I sleep in a nest of stuffies so I always bed down in little space. I also always check to make sure that all the doors and windows are closed so no monsters can get in and I usually spay my calming spay that smells like a sunny day. Books on tape help a lot if my mind is racing. My library app has tons of great audiobooks for all ages!

Yup I get into bed and my Daddy helps me undress then changes me into a diaper with lots of tickles, raspberries and kisses. After that He tucks me in, hands me a stuffie and then grabs a book for story time. I usually lay on his chest for story time then the light goes off and he cuddles me close. Great way to go to sleep every night

Aww, that sounds so wonderful!
