Hello im a little and there are times where i find myself not able to get into littlespace. I can't really understand why and it leaves me confused and frustrated. Littles what might cause you not to be able to go into littlespace? Caregiver's what have you noticed prevents your little from reaching littlespace? Do you guys have anyways to prevent this from happening often? Or ways that can help get into littlespace more easier when stressed?

I'm a little and I have the same thing happen to me. It can be distressing. I'm always stuck halfway through slipping into my headspace because I'm paranoid my family will find out, often having to quickly yank myself out of it. It leaves me grumpy and tired. Best advice I can give is to find some privacy and surround yourself with all your favorite little things, get your brain to relax as much as possible. I find that if you overthink things, it'll get more difficult.

I back this up. For me, ways I get into littlespace on my own include wearing my big fluffy jumper or onesie and cute little socks, drinking a milkshake with a straw, eating sweeties, watching Disney princess films, listening to my littlespace playlist.

But as it is a mental space, PastelGothKitten is spot on. If you are worried about privacy or overthinking and anxious, it can be hard to slip

Thank you so much on the advice i think your both right on the privacy and overthinking issue I'll try to find ways to help with them
