Well, what I usually do is take a nap and clear my mind.

Self care tips you don’t need anyone for :

 

- Take a bubble bath or hot shower. Don’t even need to wash yourself , just let the hot water make you bad feelings sweat out.

 

- Write a letter to whoever or whatever made your day bad. Swear in it , call someone an asshole , then rip it to pieces or set it on fire.

 

- Have a glass of warm milk , tea , or coffee and listen to nature sounds.

 

- Stack up as many blankets and pillows as you can and attack it. Beat the crap out of the pillows.

 

- Watch something cringe , like Jerry Springer. Can’t be that bad if you’re not on that show , right ?

 

- Try to learn to be independent. Having someone won’t magically make your bad days better , sure they could easily help. But they won’t make bad days disappear, try doing something for yourself.

A thing that has helped me a lot on bad days, is to just go outside for a walk. Get some fresh air, sunlight, exercise, be in a different environment for a while. Letting my eyes wonder a bit, experiencing some nature or cool architecture. For me it really clears my mind.

When I'm having a bad day, I like to...

- do art

- go for a drive and passing all the prettiest houses <3

- take a walk around the park (and skipping when I'm alone).

- paint my nails, do my makeup

- write a letter that I won't send

- look at pictures of pretty dresses

- make shopping wish lists
