Wicca_princess Posted September 10, 2021 Report Posted September 10, 2021 Hii I was wondering if anyone has some tips on being a secret little. I want to buy bath toys but not sure how I would use them in my shared bathroom, or how to be little in my room without the fear of someone knocking while I’m in a onesie and playing or coloring. I’ve been a little for 3 years now and I’ve never been able to fully connect to my little side. Any advice would be super helpful thank you in advance
Vampiress Posted September 11, 2021 Report Posted September 11, 2021 So bath bombs are pretty normal for adults to buy for themselves, and wouldn't look weird at all if you got some. I did a quick google search and there are definitely bath bombs with toys inside. I don't know if that'd satisfy it enough for you but it is a step up from a plain old boring bath with no toys, plus there'll be fun colors and nice scents. As for onesies, I think some pass well enough as a t-shirt if you don't mind wearing shorts over it and looking like you tucked in your shirt, then you can easily get away with it. Coloring is a commonly accepted adult activity these days. I'm not sure how you'd get away with playing with toys unless you could gather them up super fast and have something you can hide them under or inside of. If you like stuffies and don't mind playing with those, lots of adults have them so even if you tossed it back onto your bed or somewhere else I don't think anyone would suspect anything.
Akuchiakuba Posted September 12, 2021 Report Posted September 12, 2021 My sibling knows I'm a little, but both they and their spouse are very against it on a moral level. Like, they won't tell me not to, but they also don't hide the fact that they think I'm disgusting, so I try not to be little around them as well. If you want more toys, I highly suggest getting into video games and using Sanrio or Tamagotchi or something like that as your go-to. Lots and lots of adults love cutesy kid games or especially big brands like Sanrio, so it isn't weird at all if you get it. And if push comes to shove, you can just say that you wanted to get into video game collecting. Especially if you can get a handheld system that provides more privacy. And in general, getting retro brands for the sake of "collection" is indeed a very good way to get things that will help with being little. I collect My Little Pony and Care Bears in particular, and no one bats an eye at it. I agree with the previous suggestions on onesies. You could also go for a kigurumi, since those have recently gotten popular among adults. Be warned, though. My mom just thinks adults who wear kigurumi (even though there are like, a bunch of them) are all crazy, and my grandfather called mine my "gorilla suit". So. You might still receive some flack, but it's definitely not weird. There are also a lot of asian brand pajama sets out there that are intended for adults that are made to look very cute and soft. Lately I've been seen a lot of giant bunny-ear plush robes. They look comfy.

I definitely don’t want anyone in my family to find out, they do buy me Care Bears and know I’m more childish then usual but you can only push that so far. Thank you for the ideas!

Thank you for the ideas! Lol, I totally understand. A part of me really regrets letting my sibling find out since now they make a face every time I want something. Even though they still actively buy me stuff for my little space. It's weird, but it's not comfortable. Sometimes keeping it a secret is just a lot better. Oh, but. If you can find like maybe one friend you are really close to and can trust, you might be able to send any stuff you buy or give them money so that they can buy you more specific little things and get to you discreetly. Though, you'd still have to find a hiding spot for that stuff, unless your friend would be willing to keep it/let you come over to use it. I know finding a friend like that would be really difficult, though. I never could.
Faeriepaw Posted September 16, 2021 Report Posted September 16, 2021 One thing I've done is if you know ppl don't generally snoop thru your stuff is get a backpack or bag and hide things in there too. In my closet I keep a bag with my most obvious baby things (paci, bottle, diaper, etc) you could put your onesies and bath toys in there too when they aren't in use. Keeping an eye on things that are childish but popular with adults helps too like those uh squishmallows and other trends like that too see what you an get away with ahaha. My family knows I'm pretty childish too and find it cute that I "dress like I'm 12" but I still think they'd find the whole thing werid lolol Good luck!! Also just lock your doors more often if possible, always have shorts under your sheets you can use to put on before you go open the door. Or hide toys under your covers quickly etc.
