Another month gone and time to crown another winner.

Thank you to all that participated in July's contest and those

that were along for moral support and general comaraderie.

So let's get this thing going.

This month's contest will close on August 30th.

 

 

Guidelines

 

 

1. Must be your own handiwork.

 

*You can add designs to blank sections and spruce it up if you feel inspired to

 

2. Must be submitted by the deadline.

 

3. Only 1 entry per member. You may color and upload all the pictures but let us know which is your entry.

 

4. Post your art on this thread or if you have trouble with that message a member of staff and we will be happy to assist you.

 

 

Save the image(s) below.

 

You can print it out to color it or use an app.  

 

Using a layer capable program/app:

 

Import (paste) the coloring page image.

 

Set it as the top layer.

 

Add a few layers under it.

 

Set top layer (coloring page) to "Multiply"

 

You should be able to color/erase easier, without affecting the lines.

 

Free Apps: Sketches, Prismajoy and Sketchbook.

PC: Gimp (that’s basically all I’ve used), MS Paint, Photoshop etc.

 

 

This month's theme is a mix of chibi and kawaii characters.

yes, exactly what I was thinking! Fantastic selection for this month, definitely going to be doing a few of these just for fun!

Hey y'all. Quick update. Since no one entered I declare all of us winners yayy.

I am still without power at home due to the hurricane so September's contest might be a couple days late.

I will get something posted as soon as I can.

Would it be horrible of me to suggest we keep the same coloring pages for this month ? I’m unsure about everyone else but I’ve been busy as fuck.. but really like the coloring pages that were the options last month.

 

Also I’m sure you’re fine (omit hurricane troubles of course) but really don’t stress it. It’s nice enough you put on a contest every month in the first place.

I agree with Monkey. The coloring pages from this month were so great but it was such a shame that I had zero time to sit down and color anything at all this month. I would love to do the same ones from this month knowing that you have your own things going on as well shadowrider. When I color things it's just flat color because I don't understand shading concepts. I really like how you shaded yours!
