Blueybluex Posted July 22, 2021 Report Posted July 22, 2021 My daddy is in the hospital and has been for a few days, and not allowed any phone calls or visitors. I’m struggling to cope. Would anyone, anyone be willing to talk to me and help me cope?
MasterPhotog Posted July 22, 2021 Report Posted July 22, 2021 Since your Daddy is in the hospital, you know the doctors will do everything possible to help him get better. However, it's important that you continue to thing positive, stay strong and keep yourself busy doing things that you like. Hope your Daddy gets better soon.
Guest UnicornPuff Posted July 22, 2021 Report Posted July 22, 2021 And your Daddy wants you to take good care of yourself. Make sure you remember he loves you

Guest Account deleted Posted July 22, 2021 Report Posted July 22, 2021 Oh Gosh.. I am so sorry to read that. *HUGS* Not being allowed to visit or call must be really hard for you, I do hope he gets better really fast!! Sending the best energy possible your way!! ..It is more than ok to feel like you're struggling to cope, don't try to ignore your feelings, they are valid and precious. Can you think of an activity in particular that your Daddy enjoys knowing you're doing? It could be a great way to keep your mind focused on something else while feeling that special connection maybe? Or can you think of some creative gift that you can get ready and that would make him smile when he can get out of hospital..? Like.. maybe cute letters or a special collection..? A collection of selfies called "A smile a day" could be fun! Everyday try to think about something that made you smile and take a selfie.. (Remember to write down the reason why you smiled!) I bet it would make your Daddy smile too! It's ok to feel a bit lost and sad but now he is in good hands. Please take good care of yourself. Xxx - Bee

Guest BigBeardedDaddy Posted July 23, 2021 Report Posted July 23, 2021 Its never an easy thing to see someone we love go into a hospital but know that the doctors are all trained really well and that they will do everything to make your daddy better, sometimes reassurace helps stay positive try not to let the deep darkness that is depression cloud your hope and spirit, I hope your daddy will be ok, and i'm sure the medical staff will do everything they can to make sure of it... Just Stay Positive and before you know it you will have your daddy back... 1
