Chocodoll Posted July 12, 2021 Report Posted July 12, 2021 I’m new to exploring my little side and have only done it when I was living on my own. I recently had to move back in with parents and my mother has little to no respect with personal space while I’m living with her. Last time I tried to lock the door so she wouldn’t come in she just removed my door (I was 20 and in college). Do you have any tips for going into little space for a situation like this?
SmolAetherr Posted July 13, 2021 Report Posted July 13, 2021 assuming this isnt a situation you can get out of anytime soon i would say finding a secluded place outdoors and making it comfortable and enjoying your peace there, i hope i was even a little helpful 1
Faeriepaw Posted July 13, 2021 Report Posted July 13, 2021 Geez I dunno. I guess it depends on what you like to do in little space? But I would say try to plan stuff late at night or if she leaves? Like if she works or something. I'm sorry you're in that situation. 1
Vampiress Posted July 13, 2021 Report Posted July 13, 2021 I'm sorry you have to put up with that. I'm assuming she can't control what you do online or on your phone seeing as you're posting here so a lot of my ideas for this will be more digitally related. 1.) Listen to music that makes you feel little. 2.) Watch tv shows, movies, youtube videos that make you feel little. There's also littlespace related content on youtube. 3.) Read books (ebooks easy to hide) or listen to audiobooks that you might enjoy in your littlespace. 4.) Coloring book games on your pc or coloring apps on your phone. 5.) Gaming... lots of little friendly games on pc, phones, and console (especially Nintendo Switch). Some games can even be modded on pc to be more little friendly (like The Sims). 6.) Participate in little friendly kik groups or discord servers. 7.) Buy snacks that little you enjoys. 8.) Wear comfy and soft clothes at home. 9.) If you like baths then get fun bath bombs. 1

I'm saving up but I've got a ways to go before I can move out again. Thanks for the suggestion though! 1

I'll be sure to try these out. I hadn't even thought of ebooks before. I do have a switch so I'll definitely look for more little games 2

She works from home a lot so it's rare that she leaves me alone in the house unfortunately. I think I'll just have to do everything late at night while she's asleep.
Guest UnicornPuff Posted July 21, 2021 Report Posted July 21, 2021 I totally understand your lack of privacy. Buy yourself stuffies, dress with bows, do any and every little (no pun intended) thing you can try make yourself feel smol and happy.
