Guest wainbow Posted July 1, 2021 Report Posted July 1, 2021 Does anyone have any suggestions/tips on meeting a potential new partner in person for the first time? This is a meet-up with a new potential platonic daddy for me, my boyfriend will be along with me but we are both very nervous as we haven't done this before. My boyfriend is fairly low key and while I would like for him to take the lead and ask this new potential daddy some questions or help me out, I feel that he will be fairly quiet during the whole thing and it will be up to me.Is there any specific things I should make sure to ask about or touch on during this first meet-up? I do know we have a lot of common interests when it comes to hobbies & interests. He does know that this would strictly be non-sexual and he of course knows that I have a boyfriend who is naturally my first priority above a daddy.I would love any tips or suggestions, I am very excited to meet up but also nervous due to not really knowing how these kind of things are handled or what I can do to make the whole thing a bit easier for everyone involved.
Alaskan Daddy Posted July 1, 2021 Report Posted July 1, 2021 My first question to you is, have you talked on the phone with this potential daddy? You can get a great feel about a person just by having several phone conversations. If you are comfortable on the phone with him then more than likely the meeting will go well. As far as the meeting, if you are nervous and that is understandable, write down any questions you have in advance so you won't forget them during the meeting. Try and get a feel about his confidence as a daddy and you can tell if he is right for you. Don't be afraid to follow your gut. I hope this helps
Guest wainbow Posted July 1, 2021 Report Posted July 1, 2021 Thank you, we haven't talked on the phone but have exchanged some casual voice & video clips but besides that it's been over text.

The bit of video & voice we have done was just a few second things via snapchat but it did make me feel a bit more at ease. We are meeting up in a little under 2 hours at a coffee shop! Nervcited!
