Personally my little space is not at all regressive and its a conscious decision on my part to allow myself to behave a certain way. For some people its a way of life so they're constantly "little" because that is their personality, some have a "switch" they can flip so to speak, some have a process, and others don't really have a little space but still consider themselves littles. Honestly I wouldn't stress yourself too much about finding that headspace and maybe just experiment and do what feels good to you and who knows, maybe down the road you'll find what is your space. MissPattch Posted May 19, 2021 Report Posted May 19, 2021 Everything LittlePupRune says ^^ and adding that even if you do have a little space or small headspace, that it can change and evolve over time, so just because you aren't getting super immersed in it right now, doesn't mean it will always be this way. When i first started, it was just an emotional state for me, when i would suck my thumb and fidget with my pillowcase, as you get more relaxed and give yourself time to really let go, you may find things that you like more than others, or things that give you that "little" vibe. Everybody has their own thing, just give your self plenty of time and space to explore and don't rush it, let it just happen when its ready to <3 2
