Stress of Moving Jobs

Well, today is my last official day with my current department before moving to a new job with a new department. I was up until 4 am this morning cleaning up emails and files, yes I procrastinated and no my Daddy was NOT happy with me staying up so late.

 

I usually move departments about every four to five years so this isn't new but it is ALWAYS bitter sweet.

 

Luckily Daddy has promised me bubble bath time, cartoons and TONS of cuddles and pets once I'm done for the day.

 

Well, time to get all the tech returned and the new tech procured.

Oh how exciting but also stressful! It definitely is bittersweet to make a change like that. My NP is starting a new job today (different job at a company he worked for pre-pandemic furlough) too! Hope that your first day goes well!
