New Paci

Guess what!  I just got my first paci.  Im not feeling well today so I am going to go lay down and take a nap.  This way i can check out my new paci.  Ive been dealing with a lot of anxiety and heard this might help.  What are your opinions?

So I thought I would add how I feel after my nap.  I feel good.  Using the paci calmed me down.  it also seemed a bit to big for me.  if i put the whole thing in my mouth i would nearly gag.  Is that normal.    I am glad I bought it.

You might need to get a smaller teat for it

Where did you get your paci from? I might be able to help you find a better size teat that will be able to fit in your mouth better. Most standard adult pacifiers are NUK 6, so if you have a NUK 6 you could downsize to a NUK 5. But again, I'm not sure where you got your pacifier from so it might not be that size.

I got mine from Amazon.  First timer and everything.  I have gotten used to it.  but a smaller teat just might be better.
