I haven't been in middle space in well over a year. There are a lot of issues preventing it: stress from the pandemic, life stress, my living situation, lack of a dynamic, not hanging out with other littles irl, and mental health struggles to name a few key reasons.

Please tell me I'm not the only one still struggling with this after a year! How have you handled it? Are you still feeling overwhelmed? I thought I was doing well but some personal struggles about a month ago showed me that wasn't the case. Do you have alternative healthy ways to handle stress that don't involve going into little space, since it's clear that's impossible for me at the moment?

Thank you for your feedback!

I just physically drain Myself to the point I worry a lot less, to deal with stress.

I've never been a switch or little, but maybe set time aside to do what you can to enjoy shows, or music that inspire, and take you back to that space.

Best wishes for happier times.

I'd say I'm a middle most of the time. However recently I have been really stressed. I would suggest maybe doing things that calm you like for me I love lofi and just chilling gaming. Reading a good book could also help get your mind off the tough stuff. If none of that works maybe working out or dancing like staying active could help. Your not alone XD.

I totally understand the struggle! I used to fall into littlespace BECAUSE of stress but now sometimes im too stressed to even fall into little space. I always have to remind myself that mental health is a top priority. I try to keep myself calm doing meditation, drinking tea, exercising, coloring, doing repetitive tasks, etc.
