Although I have my own room and my own "safe space" in that sense, I am scared to be a little without getting caught. My family does not know that I am a little for various reasons. I have trouble going into my headspace because I am too scared that someone will walk in on me at any moment. My family members unfortunately do not always respect my boundaries and come into my room without notice whenever they please, which makes it even harder. I tried to plan my "little space" sessions, but I have noticed that I cannot regress on command. I have certain triggers like being really tired or stressed out that make me want to go into my headspace. I don't really know what to do and any type of advice is welcome! - Bubbles 2

As long as you don't got a paci or diapers you can always say half a truth which is, that is just how you are when sleepy and yeah. You don't have to give them the entire info. I hope that helps.

I know the pandemic has caused a lot of get togethers, even one on one hang outs to be put off for months (still the case here), so I don't know if that's an option. I can understand difficult in relation to not regressing at the drop of a hat. Do you ever get your home to yourself for a while so you can ease into it? If that's not an option, maybe as the weather warms up (depending on wear you are), maybe you could go to a park and chill outside and color, paint, or play a little game on your phone. It may not get you into the completely regressed state you want because you may be seen by people, but you can at least relax and do a little activity not under the prying eyes of your family who doesn't respect your boundaries. At the moment, I do not have any friends or anyone that is close by as a matter of fact who knows that I am a little or who I can hang out with unfortunately ( But thank you for your advice and I might plan a little outing for myself, that sounds fun!
