If a girl has a ton of pink, hello kitty, kawaii, lolita, cutesy pictures posted on their instagram, is it safe to assume they're a little/middle?

Absolutely not... in fact, there are parts of the lolita community that hate the DD/lg community... and a lot of them are minors, and they shouldn't be involved in kink. Never ever safe to assume because there are other lifestyles and fashion choices that might resemble what the stereotypical little looks like, but doesn't agree with ours or even know what it is. Also, not all littles follow a specific fashion trend, we're all different, so that's another reason it doesn't work.

I would also like to say that not all littles are girly with pink bows and dresses. I’ve been in the community a very long time , and I fucking hate dressing up girly. I’d rather be in some overalls and sneakers covered in mud. It’s not healthy to perpetuate that all littles must be a specific way to assume they’re little.

Nope. Plus I'll echo others, not every little has the same aesthetic. You can't assume anyone is any type of bdsm role unless they state it themselves.
