I have been regressed before but it was completely unintentional (and really fun) but i dont know how to be small or regressed on purpose....and there are times where i want to be small and just don't know how. I live with my parents and have to hide little me from them (but i have a caregiver) so maybe its just that im to anxious to be small....im really not sure... For reference i use the word small as not feeling completely big

For reference i use the word small as not feeling completely big Hiiiii, Personally I use objects or experiences to help myself feel little, however I don't regress (in my mind being little and age regressing are different - with one being more of a choice and the other being an unconscious coping strategy). For example I might get dressed in a onesie, grab a stuffie and a blanket to help myself feel little and then watch a disney movie or kids tv show. I'll also make simple snacks that little me likes (cut up fruit, veggies and crackers are a favourite). If you're anxious to be little where your family might see there might be more subtle ways, like doing some colouring in or using and extra fluffu blanket to snuggle under. Your CG might also be able to help put you into little space.

Ill make sure and try what you suggested and see if it helps!
LittlePupRune Posted January 19, 2021 Report Posted January 19, 2021 I do not regress but to get into a little headspace I use certain object to help facilitate. I have a sippy cup and a onesie that are my usual go-to's. I also have a conscious shift in body language (being a little smaller, curling in on myself) and alter my speech and voice a little bit. Its a deliberate and conscious change I do to help bring on the headspace so at first it does feel a little weird for me. 1
