Advice for a new little

Hey everyone!
I was wondering how exactly does someone find out how far they can regress/what makes them feel little? I noticed that I don't fully regress unless I'm in boy-lolita clothing (especially cosplaying a young boy). Are there ways to regress and get littlespace gear on a budget? Thanks everyone in advance (✿◠‿◠)

Trial and error babey! If dressing in boy-lolita clothing works for you, that's great! If you want to find other ways, you can get inspiration from what others do, but ultimately what works for you is going to be unique, so you just need to try a bunch of things and remember/record what works :)

ideas to get into littlespace:

- build a blanket fort

- watch cartoons

- play with stuffed animals

- have a pretend tea party

- listen to kid music

- little dress up

- little hairstyle

- eat kid food (dino nuggets, pb&j with the crust cut off, etc)

- color/draw a picture

- listen to people read storybooks on youtube

budget gear:

- the dollar store has pacifiers and bottles, and sometimes if youre lucky they'll have some cute stuffies too. they will also have journals, stickers, and cute pens/markers/crayons/etc.

- goodwill can turn up some cute clothes, especially if you like vintage!

- craft stores arent generally the cheapest, but if you are just looking to customize stuff you bought elsewhere glitter and beads and ribbon are relatively affordable.

It's very different and individual for different people. The best way is try things and explore and find out what works for you.

Personally, the things that help me be little the most is spending time cuddled in my Daddy's arms or watching cartoons while I snuggle in his lap. His scent and His touch can take me to littlespace very, very quickly.

As for regressing, well, that can be done without any gear although items can certainly help a lot of littles. As for gear, well again it will depend on what works for you. Once you figure out that it is easier to help make suggestions about where to get gear on a budget.

Aww well, I don't have a daddy so it's hard for me to regress...I'm thinking of buying a decoden paci because I really want it...

I can try doing the kiddie food and maybe investing in some more stuffies (as if I don't have many already but you can never have too many XD) I'm gonna invest in some coloring books too or a coloring app. Cartoons are totally my thing so I can tryyyy thank you
