Guest liljeannie Posted December 9, 2020 Report Posted December 9, 2020 I've been writting in a personal journal and sometimes journal as my middle and then will respond as adult me. I'm finding it very balancing. Im writting out my negative thought patterns, fears and insecurities as middle me. Then I come back and give myself a good encouraging pep talk. I guess this is just me learning to love myself and be the self caregiver I always needed. It's been very helpful and is helping me retrain my brain to turn negative thinking around. 4
Feisty_cute_angel Posted December 9, 2020 Report Posted December 9, 2020 I like this idea and I never thought of something like this. It’s cool how you can write to yourself like this and I’m happy that you are showing yourself love and I hope you keep it up. I love it when other show self love
