You can find cute knit/crochet patterns for bows, blankies, stuffies, etc just by googling, and there are plenty of tutorials for paci clips/custom pacis. If you give some specifics of what you are looking for I will add some links!

If I am being honest you can pretty much make any diy projects and turn into a DDlg related item or object! I am with maddycakes! Just need to know what you would like! I know some fun things I enjoy doing is origami stars! They are simple , relaxing, and you can literally fill jars up with them and add some fairy lights to make decorations!
