Advises for Single Littles/Middles

It's hard when you are in little space and don't know how to do certain things or solve certain problems since you are too little or new to DDlg. Not to forget that you are single and don't have any Daddy Dom/Caregiver/babysitter. I would consider myself a newbie to DDlg since I don't think I know half of the things about it. There are times when I'm in little space, make a mistake and then don't know how to correct it.

I tend to drink lots of water in little space, to the extent that my tummy hurts. It's more problematic when I drink too much water before nap and bedtime, having to make multiple rounds to washroom since I'm not ABDL and still live with my parents.

So what do I do to avoid it or what to do when I do get a tummy ache because of it?

Hullo Clumsy_little!

Being little without having someone big to help with the 'big' things can be a challenge sometimes! especially when your new to it and are still exploring and discovering that side of yourself. but thats when its important to remember that there is a 'big' in every little - you can be your own caregiver! Let me explain a bit, if little space is something you go into by choice - make sure your in a safe environment. If you have a problem drinking to much water, maybe prepare a water bottle prior and limit yourself to just that amount, and you can set out age appropriate activities, shows, toys etc to entertain little you and minimize the chances of frustration or 'oops' moments when big kid things dont go quite as planned. If little space isnt something you always plan on, making yourself a little list with stickers or crayons or something might help? Something personalized that little you could look at to double check things - and again, having a safe environment prepared for that space to exist in. Examples of things you could put on a list: Cleaning up after yourself, no scissors, if you can't reach it - it can wait! My echo dot also helps me allot in little space, I have several alarms that tell me when its time to wake up, get ready for work, and go to sleep - it even plays me classical music to help provoke those sleepy vibes when its time to wind down for the night. If its chores you need help remembering, there are plenty of apps for that too!

I've been in the community for a few years, and while I have had relationships within it I have never been with someone I trusted more than myself to care for little me - and boy has that helped me avoid unsavory situations! Littles dont need care givers, and while care givers are super duper great when you find the right one, learning to take care of yourself and be safe in your space is also very important  :D Its going to be allot of trying new things and seeing what works - but I wish you the very best luck!

Now, something I struggle with in little space.... Video games. >:) I love video games, and I have video games that are little space friendly, and some that are not so little space friendly, but in little space I always want to play whatever looks the coolest. Usually not easy ones. This leads to me getting overwhelmed, frustrated, and angry - because no matter how much I want to play stellaris or super modded minecraft, its just to much reading and planning and I end up crying.  I wish, in those moments, I had someone to help me. I can avoid that by picking more appropriate games or doing something else instead but thats hard sometimes. Thats why I like to try and set up activities in advance!
