Guest fhihfidhfd38478 Posted September 24, 2020 Report Posted September 24, 2020 So, I bought a ton of pacifers to start to deco and colorblock. Rearz has great prices and I wanted to support an ABDL and little friendly company. My package was a little banged up, which is fine, to be expected, and could be FedEx's part. I opened the package to find that the pacifers were wrapped in an unlabeled shopping bag, with what I can only hope is plastic debris on the nipples. I made a customer service message, but this is inexcusable, especially given the current sanitation mandates because of the pandemic. I'm just speechless, honestly.
GlitterMonster Posted September 25, 2020 Report Posted September 25, 2020 That is horrible! I have never gotten packages like that from rearz. Everything is usually well packed. Is there a number you can call ?

Is there a number you can call ? There is, but I have a Tracfone plan so no international calls. I contacted customer service via email and they wanted me to pay a 25% restocking fee and return international shipping. They are being really unhelpful and I'm really disappointed. I want a half refund, because half of my pacifiers were damaged or otherwise disgusting. I suppose these are still usable, but I'm going to have to completely take them apart and clean everything out with a brush. I really don't want to sell unsanitary items or poor quality things to my customers. Maybe I can cover these scuffs with my deco, but I shouldn't have to.
