WhysperKit Posted September 22, 2020 Report Posted September 22, 2020 Hi! I'd love it if yall could suggest movies that put yall in Little Space! Or honestly anything Little-related for my journal. I know there's a thread already but I couldn't find anything fitting what I was looking for. Thank you guys!
Lollipox Posted September 22, 2020 Report Posted September 22, 2020 \(⭐️o⭐️)/ My time to shine! ✨✨✨✨ I don’t have examples to shows you, as I’ve only just restarted Litte journaling myself. So bare wiv me. Options for putting Movies or Shows in your journal: Google the DVD/Movie poster, resize them all to be lil thumbnails and glue those into your journal. Then write mini reviews on them, so you can remind yourself what you liked later. ^^ OR Design a lil movie ticket template (or make one, I think I read somewhere that you’re artsy ) edit the titles of the movies or shows onto each one, print and cut them out. Then create a lil pocket in your journal (you can staple or tape 2 pages together for e.g.) and then put the tickets in there. (º u º) You could even pull one out at random to help you decide whut to watch. OR Create one of those mood board things with lil handdrawn pictures that represent the movies/shows you like. TV Shows that make my lil heart happies *slaps cheeks* u I’ll rate them between 1-5 on how smol they make my brain. (Not based on how much I like them, thas different rating ^^) Winnie the Pooh (animated, not CGI series) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Little Bear ⭐️⭐️ Summer Camp Island ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Gruffalo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We Bare Bears ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rupert the Bear ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ruby Gloom ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Adventure Time ⭐️⭐️ Over The Garden Wall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t have good movie recommendations, sorry. :”3 Cuz The Shining is a sleepytime movie to me lol \(º A º)/ Oh oh oh. You could even add your own “Smolness” ratings for the shows and movies you watch. So that you can be like “How deep of a smol do I wanna go? *srs face*” Stuff I’m Thinking Bout Putting In Mine: Plushy Profiles. Creating a brief introduction and backstory of my pushies, including their interests. And draw a lil profile picture, no matter how bad it is >w< Colouring pages- if your journal is smaller than A4 you can fold them up, only glue one corner/side in, and tuck it into your journal ^^ It’s kinda fun unfolding them to look at them. In the WSS we do activity pages n stuff, I print those out and do that with them too. It doesn’t have to be Colouring Pages. Make your own bookmark! (º u º) You could do a decorated paper rectangle, or make it fancy. One of mine I made: 1 length of ribbon + 2 stickers of same size/outline Glue the ribbon inside the cover in the inner most corner. At the end of the ribbon, put one sticker either side. They’ll stick together and to the ribbon. ^^ Sry if talking too much e.e I have other ideas, but I think m ramblin’ Otherwise... I’ll be back 3

Guest Anna Marie Posted September 22, 2020 Report Posted September 22, 2020 Some movies and shows are better when I'm deeper in little space than others, but that may be different for you, so here's a list: - any disney princess movie (except pocahontas and brave, those are both really great but don't make me feel little) - toy story 1 and 2 - spongebob movie (original, not out of water) - any scooby doo movies or shows - strawberry shortcake - muppets or fraggle rock - wreck it ralph - kim possible - good luck charlie - coco - tim burton movies (specifically corpse bride, nightmare before christmas, and frankenweenie) - halloweentown movies - camp rock - percy jackson - cheetah girls - sisterhood of the travelling pants - nim's island (1 and 2) - phineas and ferb I split mine in my journal between movies and shows. One page has the word 'movies' at the top, and when I was big I printed and cut out little film reels offline, so when I was little I glued them into the journal. I wrote down the names of each one and I assigned each color a meaning. So I used the rainbow and did red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. So red means I can watch it while big and enjoy it, orange means it kinda puts me into little space but I'm still big, so on and so forth until purple means I watch it when I'm deep deep in little space. I use a colored pencil and color over the title (lightly, so I can read it) so that way I rank the movies based on how little they make me feel! I organized them beforehand for the most part, but left space between each new color so I can write more of that color. I did the same on the next page but with shows. Color-coding is important to big me, and little me gets super happy with color coding, so I made sure to include it. Hope your journal looks awesome! 1
Daddyslittlegirl72 Posted September 23, 2020 Report Posted September 23, 2020 I have been watching 101 Dalmation Street on Disney+. It is so cute ❤
Guest fhihfidhfd38478 Posted September 23, 2020 Report Posted September 23, 2020 This is one I don't see a lot - but I absolutely love Vegimers! This is better for people with a really young littlespace I think, but it puts me in that headspace so fast and so hard. The rest of these are wonderful suggestions. I actually don't have any lists like this in my journal - thanks for the idea! 1
WhysperKit Posted September 23, 2020 Author Report Posted September 23, 2020 Finished my Rules page and a Movie/TV shows list! I'm gonna do the little star system (or purple hearts I think? I like them better!) for how little they make me feel ^.^ Thank you for the idea!! I also made a little thing to hold it shut since it's just a notebook.
Guest Thunder Sprite Posted October 1, 2020 Report Posted October 1, 2020 Wow! So many good recommendations already! I may only have a few to add... One of my all-time favorite "kid" shows is The Mysterious Cities of Gold. When I'm feeling nostalgic for my youth, I can watch Season 1, and when I'm in the mood for modern high-production-quality animation, I can watch Season 2. They were released decades apart. ^^ I'm also quite partial to the original Rainbow Brite. For movies, The NeverEnding Story is pure magic to me.
