hiii!

i have never tried this myself but apparently a good way to start is to wear your panties on the potty so your brain starts to get used to wetting them. i know some littles find it easier to squat down when they pee as well.

your daddy should be supporting you throughout all of this and you should always let him know if you ever feel uncomfortable or are struggling

Omg! I'm having the same difficulty! It's definitely a mental block we both need to overcome... Wearing panties or diapy on the potty like princess cotton grass said is a good start! Good luck, you can do it :)

I think Drink more water and practice relaxation techniques, listening to sounds of running water helps.

Hiya!

So I've recently just started wearing and I've learned a few things that have helped me. I've been trying some different ways so I'm able to wet my diapers but when I first started it was very hard. I hope some of these tips I learned are able to help you.

1. Drink more water. I think this one is a little obvious but when you drink more water it will be easier to go. Also, if you wait long enough your bladder will eventually (hopefully) start to give out so you're able to achieve what you want.

2. Try going on the potty. When you need to go, but you can't do it, try sitting on the potty and going in your diaper (or whatever you use). When I first started, I did this technique and what happens is you get your body used to going even though you are still covered. For me, the muscle memory of sitting on the potty was enough to get me to go. Do this until you are able to transition into a similar position without actually sitting on the potty.

3. Find a comfortable position. Start transitioning off of the potty and find a position that is comfortable for you and where your body still allows you to go. For me, it was squatting. You might want to try that way, too. I know a lot of littles that do this and it works for them.

4. Try other positions. Once you get comfortable with the position from #3, try different positions. When I first started trying different positions, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. If it doesn't work for you, keep trying. Don't become frustrated, just like before, you'll have train your body to be able to do it in different positions.

5. Remember, it takes time. Just like potty-training did when you were younger, it takes time for your body to un-learn things. It won't happen overnight. It won't happen in a week. It takes time and everyone's body is different. Try your best not to become frustrated and keep trying!

I hope these tips are able to help you! I know it's not a glorious topic to talk about but I'm glad you were able to post and ask your question. Good luck!
