I have an anus on my foot? (NSFW)

I have recently discovered an anus on my foot. It is very unusual. I was wondering if anyone here would have an explanation for this? I swear I am not trolling. My friend Sebastian said that he had anuses all over his body, in hidden places like his armpits and inbetween his finger nails. I would like some input on this, thank you.

I have visited the doctor as advised, and they are as confused as I am about this situation. They told me that situations like this are very rare, and they've never seen anything like this in their personal experience. I am going to talk to my friend Sebastian about this, since he has the same issue as I do. Has anyone else here had the same thing happen to them?

We're gonna need clarification of what type of medical issues you may have had in the past. It could be any number of things.

 

Is this something that just came up recently? Have you or your friend sought ACTUAL medical advice about this? Are they painful?
