Sweetieheart Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 (edited) Being "little" is kind of just part of my personality, so even those I don't know too well know I'm a bit immature in my taste. But I'm always sort of paranoid about coming across as TOO little Like this swimsuit. I bought it because I thought it was cute and now I'm like "but can I wear it in public" ? Thoughts on it? ( "it" being either the swimsuit or the worry of coming across as "too" little to others?) Edited July 10, 2020 by Sweetieheart 1
Guest Teasing Tink Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 I had to laugh cuz I saw that very bathing suit the other week and fell in love with it too lol. It doesn't strike me as being overtly "little," I think most people would look at it and just think it was very girly and pretty/cute. But I guess I'm not really one to shy away from expressing these things anyway. I embrace it and I know deep down, everyone has an inner child that they probably secretly wish they could embrace -- like things they loved in childhood (even if not a "little"). So I guess I see it as being a role model by being true to myself or whatever. I think people tend to care more about how they appear to others anyway. And if they're the type to be judgy about such petty things, their opinion doesn't really matter anyway. Just my perspective though.
Vampiress Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 I don't think it's too little to wear in public. It's very sweet, pretty, and feminine. I think if anything you'd just receive compliments on how cute it is! 1
Guest SparklesLove Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 I absolutely loved it! It's adorable and you could wear it without anyone thinking or knowing you're a little. It's pretty and feminine and I'm sure others will ask where you got it. 1
princessfreckles Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 (edited) The swimsuit is very cute. I have some vanilla friends who would buy and wear it. So I don't think it's too little. As for being too little? I think there can be such thing as being too little in public. Using sippy cups, bottles, pacis, wearing onesies, etc; in a public place such as a park or mall were there are people of all ages who can see? That's too little because the people around didn't consent to participate in your kink. So I'd definitely steer clear of doing any of those things in public, especially in the presence of those who are way under age 18. If you don't do those things, I'd say you're fine. Your vanilla friends may see you as child like (which isn't a bad thing), since they probably don't know about DDlg. I'm personally not an expert at hiding my middle side either. From my music tastes, so some of my outfits (grownup, but with little touches), movie picks, etc; if they had any knowledge about what a little is, they'd be able to put two and two together. Luckily for me they haven't. The close ones know I'm not vanilla, but they don't know what specifically I like. They also haven't asked. Edited July 25, 2020 by princessfreckles 1
Guest kittybratx Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 that swimsuit is gorgeous. i don't think anyone anyone would think anything of it other than how pretty it is. Satan Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 I honestly think the bathing suit is fine. It just looks like a modest frilly bathing suit youd maybe find at Target if you were lucky.
Kitten&Spice Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 I don’t think that is too little at all! I think most people would see it as girly and cute more then anything! If it was my choice I would go ahead and get it! If I have to be honest I think being a girl you can get away with more cutesy little stuff and people will just see you as being girly. Of course certain things may raise a few eyebrows most people won’t even notice unless you were just walking around in public with a paci, diaper, and onesie alone. Not saying you can’t do this but I think it would draw more attention towards you doing that! Either way you should have fun with it and go ahead and buy it! 2
LittleCoffeeMug Posted July 12, 2020 Report Posted July 12, 2020 I think the swim suit is super cute!! I'm sure you'll adorable in it! I get the fear of coming off to little in public I get worry about that too. But I kind of just tell people oh I'm just super hyper or trying to be really girly.
Guest mariposa Posted July 12, 2020 Report Posted July 12, 2020 I personally think that the swimsuit is really adorable!! I don't think you'll get much negative attention. And if you do, it doesn't matter. You have the right to express yourself the way you want and you shouldn't feel shame for it. I used to feel scared of looking "too little" in public, but after a while you start to get used to it and start to feel less self conscious of it. Still, hope you had fun!! 1

My problem is, I sort of have two moods lol. I think "big" me is very much so overalls and plaid shirts and brown leather jackets. Whereas "little" me is all about cute and frilly and pink things haha. So it's sort of hard to find a balance between the two at times, especially when most of my friends primarily know "big" me But they know I'm super into Disney and have seen me wear dresses at times, so I hope stuff like this can slide by with little more than "oh, I like the new look" lol
BabyDaisy81 Posted July 13, 2020 Report Posted July 13, 2020 (edited) I would totally wear that in public but I wear little clothes a lot.. If someone comments my daddy would probably look the other way if I gave the rude person the finger.. Edited July 13, 2020 by BabyDaisy81

Dino-Daddy Posted July 22, 2020 Report Posted July 22, 2020 maybe im a bit biased , coz i havce a sort of a fetish for girsl in bathingsuits and such .. but i dont think its to little or whatever , bet it woult suit you and your personality so wear it with pride. If you doubt wear it first in a spot where you know people see how the react, might be a option

So enjoy Most people buy things simply because they like them. There's no deep & meaningful reason behind most of what we buy! If anyone says something to you like "oh that's different from your usual style", just say "yeah, but I liked it". And please tell us where you got it! It's super sweet!
